Regular meetings of the HOA Board are scheduled as needed.. Owners are invited to attend via email notice, usually sent three days prior to the meeting. Contact the management company to submit any agenda discussion items and to confirm the exact date and time of the next meeting. Usually, the meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month at the offices of CAM or via ZOOM, however, sometimes, a meeting date may be postponed or modified.
A general annual meeting of the HOA is held each November for the purpose of electing board members, presenting the financial operations of the HOA and conducting any necessary business. Owners will receive email and written notice of the date and location of the meeting at least 30 days prior.
Make sure you provide your email and other contact information to the Management company so that you can receive notices or information from the HOA. Please notify CAM if any changes occur in your occupancy or contact information.
